We adhere to the FTC Mail/Internet/Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, which mandates that items must be shipped within 30 days of the order confirmation date. This policy allows us to maintain a consistent inventory flow while providing our customers with ample opportunity to evaluate their purchases.

    What’s Returnable

    Items eligible for return include most products purchased from Woo Ari, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Custom-made items and personalized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. It is crucial to inspect your items upon delivery; if you find any defects, please report them within 48 hours for proper resolution. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

    What’s Final Sale

    Certain items are classified as final sale and cannot be returned. This includes clearance items and products labeled as non-returnable at the time of purchase. These items will be clearly marked on our website. Customers are advised to review item descriptions carefully prior to completing their purchase to avoid any misunderstandings regarding return eligibility.

    Refund Method & Timeline

    Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned item. If a return is approved, the refund amount will exclude any original shipping charges. In cases where applicable, restocking fees may be deducted from the total refund amount.     Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Woo Ari error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75. This ensures that items are returned safely and can be tracked until they arrive at our facility. Please retain the shipping receipt as proof of return shipment.

    Exchanges

    Exchanges are permitted for items returned within our 30-day return window. To initiate an exchange, follow the same process as for returns, specifying the item you wish to exchange for in your correspondence. The new item will be shipped upon receipt of the returned item. If the exchanged item is of higher value, the customer will be responsible for the price difference. If it is of lower value, a refund will be issued for the difference.
